Mechanization does not only improve the comfort of work in agriculture, but also contributes to reducing the costs of agricultural production and improvement of its efficiency. The harvesters available on the market can be equipped with specialized devices intended for growing and harvesting specific types of plants. Such devices include our maize attachments.

Professional maize harvesting attachments

In a farm focused on cultivation, time is of the essence. Often, due to changing weather conditions, the harvest must be carried out in a short period of time. Our maize heder offers a perfect solution, thanks to which crops can be harvested in one trip, within just a few hours, and that even in a large field.

A properly adapted maize grain harvester attachment can be connected to any combine harvester, which makes it a universal tool. Thanks to its innovative design, it is almost fault-free, ensuring a harvest without crop losses. In addition, the applied protections and the possibility of adjusting the machine translate into a very long service life. At the same time, it works great in every field, regardless of the quality and characteristics of plants.

Efficient and durable maize headers

Each EMMAROL maize attachment is characterized by state of the art design based on durable materials. Among the features that distinguish our machines, we can list:

  • equipping the shredder with a low-speed clutch that protects the device from excessive load when starting and switching off the machine,
  • control of the spacing of the tearing plates from the cabin, which allows you to adjust the operation of the device to the thickness of the corn stalks,
  • double-sided drive with access to chain wheels, which enables adjustment of speed and adaptation to the type of drive with which the harvester is equipped,
  • distributors made of thin, bent sheet, which are characterized by low weight with high rigidity of the structure,
  • lubrication system for drive chains with capacity adjustment.

The highest quality straight from the Polish manufacturer of adapters

The EMH maize header is the only such product on the market that is made in a Polish company. Knowledge of the realities of domestic agriculture and the fact that the devices manufactured by us are not burdened with the costs of export, means that we offer customers maize attachments at a much lower price than those imported. Still the up to 30% lower price is not the only advantage. Thanks to our designers, each new attachment to the harvester can be modified according to the expectations and needs of the end user.
We produce and sell maize headers in several variants, which differ in the number of rows and additional equipment. Therefore, they can be selected according to the specificity of the field, the size of the crops and the type of harvester. Regardless of the type, all machines are characterized by very high quality and perfection of manufacturing processes. This is due to our employees and carefully selected materials and details such as clutch bearings, chains or transmissions, which we import from world leaders in the field of their manufacture.
