The EMH 6-row maize attachment is manufacture in Poland by Emmarol with components from reliable suppliers using state of the art manufacturing technology. Thanks to the adapters, the universal header can be mounted to any type of harvester. The maize attachment has been designed for harsh field conditions. It is characterized by high strength and very low failure rate.

The 6-row EMH maize attachment uses conical distributors made of thin, bent sheet, which makes the structure light and at the same time rigid and resistant to mechanical damage. The profile of the distributors reduces harvesting losses to a minimum.

The shear unit guarantees excellent fragmentation of the stems and low stubble. The drawing in blades with angles are working efficiently even with high stalks. Breaking plates, the spacing of which is controlled hydraulically or electrically from the cab of the combine harvester ensures accurate separation of maize ears, regardless of the thickness of stalks. 2-blade shredders (or 3-blade shredders at the customer's request) are equipped with a low-speed clutch that protects the device from excessive load when starting and switching off the machine.

Our header is equipped wtih side scraping screws that facilitate work with tilted maize. The attachment also has a double-sided drive, and access to chain wheels enables adjustment of speed to the used harvester. It is also worth mentioning the installation of central lubrication of drive chains with capacity adjustment, which positively affects the durability of the device. The 6-row maize header is available with a rigid frame and a hydraulically folding frame
