The professional EMH 8-row maize attachment is manufactured by the Polish company Emmarol. It guarantees a fast and efficient grain maize harvest even in a large-area field. The universal EMH 8 header can be installed on all types of combine harvesters.

The EMH 8-row maize attachment by Emmarol is distinguished by its innovative design, the highest quality of components sourced from reliable suppliers, and modern manufacturing technology. As a result, the header is almost trouble-free and ensures long-term durability and, most importantly, guarantees an efficient grain harvest in a short time, without crop losses.

The combine harvester header is equipped with conical distributors made of sheet metal resistant to mechanical damage, the spacing of which is adapted to the width of the rows. In addition, the profile of the distributors reduces harvesting losses to a minimum. Side scraping screws make it easier to work with tilted and laying corn.

The picking unit guarantees excellent fragmentation of the stems and low stubble and efficient picking of maize cobs. The drawing in blades with angles efficiently cope even with high stalks. 2-blade shredders (optionally 3-blade) are equipped with a rotor with a low-speed clutch for protection against excessive load when switching the machine ON/OFF. And the tearing plates have the function of hydraulic or electrical adjustment of the spacing (from the harvester cabin), which guarantees precise adjustment to the thickness of the stems and, as a result, their accurate tearing.

The EMH 8 maize attachment has a double-sided drive using PTO shafts with a chain transmission with a maintenance-free tensioner. Access to chain wheels enables adjustment of speed and adaptation to the type of drive with which the harvester is equipped. The advantage of the attachment is also its central lubrication system for drive chains with adjustable suction and discharge pump, which extends the service life of the device.

The 8-row maize header is equipped with an adapter that allows installation on combine harvesters of all manufacturers. The EMH 8 attachment is available with a rigid frame and a hydraulically folding frame.
