Mechanical machining production capabilities
• cutting sheets with a thickness of up to 12 mm and a width of up to 3000 mm using CNC sheet metal guillotines,
• burning steel and stainless steel sheets up to a thickness of 20 mm and aluminum sheets up to a thickness of 15 mm on laser burners in the format of 1500 x3000 mm,
• punching sheets on mechanical presses with a pressure of up to 250 tonnes, pressing and bending on hydraulic presses with a pressure of up to 250 tonnes,
• bending of sheets on CNC press brakes with a pressure of up to 150 tonnes and a length of up to 3000 mm.

max. pipe dimensions: 100mm x 5mm for 1.5DR radius
max. pipe dimensions: 100mm x 4mm for 1.0DR radius
Stainless steel:

max. pipe dimensions: 80mm x 2mm for 1.0DR radius
• Drilling, milling and tapping of machine parts on CNC and conventional machine tools,
• turning of machine parts on CNC machine tools,
• milling sprocket gears, and chain sprockets with a diameter of up to 800 mm and a module of up to 10 and splines on rollers using the envelope method,
• drilling key grooves and splines in holes, grinding of rollers with a maximum diameter of 150 mm and a length of up to 1000 mm.
