Technological capabilities of welding processes

  • Welding of machines and equipment components with dimensions of up to 4000 mm x 8000 mm and a weight of up to 1 ton using the MIG-MAG and TIG methods in inert shielding gases and their mixtures.
     
  • Welding of components with welding robots:
    1. ABB IRB 2600ID (5-axis manipulator) with two positioners, that can weld parts with dimensions of 1200x3000 mm and a weight of up to 1000 kg,
    2. FANUC arc Mate 100iC/8L with a two-position H-type positioner, that can weld details with maximum dimensions of 1500mmx1200 mm and a weight of 250kg.
